Your rental package includes seasonal cabana services, available from May 17th, 2024 to September 20th, 2024. This accommodation provides beachside cabana and beach chair setup services throughout your stay. Each service entails the setup of one 10 x 10 cabana tent along with six beach chairs. Setup hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM daily, excluding the check-in and check-out days, subject to weather conditions. Please note that this service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances.

During our prime season, Friday is the designated change-over day for all three of our homes. This strategic choice saves you from spending an additional 5 hours in weekend traffic, which can be congested with over 500,000 people traveling to and from the island. However, during the out-of-season period, we offer flexibility with our change-over days, particularly when weekend traffic is less of a concern. Regardless of whom you book with, it’s advisable to avoid Saturday and Sunday change-over days. By booking with us, you’ll find yourself relaxing by the pool or ocean while others are stuck in traffic. Additionally, the rates you see are all-inclusive; there are no additional fees like those often tacked on by management companies, Airbnb, or VRBO.
